The purpose of this workshop is to enhance existing links and create new ones between the Bordeaux1 University (UB1) and Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology (WIN) in the field of Functional Materials Research and Education.
The first interactions between the two institutions started in the framework of the Erasmus Mundus International Doctoral School in Functional Materials (www.ids-funmat.org), of which UB1 and the University of Waterloo (UW) are partners.
